Vila Smolić is located in Mala Makarska part of Sukošan. The villa offers easy access to the beach (150m) while remaining in a peaceful location surrounded by family owned properties. Sukošan is approx. 12km away from the main town Zadar and is home to Marina Dalmacija, the largest marina on the Adriatic coast.
We offer two fully equipped apartments (Studio Apartment and Two Bedroom Apartment) for rent, both apartments are on the first floor of the property, have their own private access and large balconies.
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, Television, DVD Player and a Satellite (13Deg East, Hotbird). Bed linen, towels, and toilet papers are also provided in the apartments as well as cleaning utensils. In order to minimise our effect on the carbon emissions the hot water is provided via solar panels located on the property roof.
The apartments have a communal BBQ area in the garden which the guests are welcome to use.
